We deserve to honor our stories and the opportunity to carry them beyond us. I recognize this investment may not be easily accessible to all. Providing a sliding scale is one way to acknowledge differences in wealth, income, costs, and privilege and actively address them through community care.

When you pay more, know that your payment matches the value of the services you’re receiving and helps others access the same services who may not have been able to do so otherwise. When you pay in the middle, know that your payment is helping me cover costs (such as additional training and supplies). And when you pay on the lower end, know that your payment and our agreement are ways that we support each other, and allow your community to hold and support you.

The scale is intended to be a guide, inviting you to take inventory of your financial resources and also consider your trust in me and my ability to price my offerings fairly. I will not question your payment choices. Take these factors into consideration and place yourself where it feels most aligned. Anywhere on the scale is an acceptable way of payment. I also recognize that some people may not be able to access the lower end. If that is the case, I do encourage your transparency, as we can work something out!
